Overview

Cutthroat Forged is committed to delivering premium products with strict quality standards. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled for both in-stock and custom wheel orders.


Returns — Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Wheels must be unused, unmounted, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • All original hardware, caps, inserts, and packaging materials must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

Wheels that have been installed, mounted with tires, damaged, altered, or modified are not eligible for return or refund.


Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns of in-stock wheels.
This fee covers:

  • Re-inspection and quality checks

  • Repackaging

  • Replacement of missing components

  • Inventory handling

  • Warehouse labor and processing

Custom-built wheels, custom finishes, engraved designs, or any made-to-order wheels are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit

If approved, customers may receive:

  • A refund (minus the 20% restocking fee and any shipping charges)

  • An exchange (restocking fee may be waived depending on reason and condition)

  • Store credit (case-by-case basis)

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless Cutthroat Forged is responsible for an error.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Cutthroat Forged will cover all return shipping and replacement costs.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or Cutthroat Forged error.
All returns must be shipped with a trackable carrier.
Cutthroat Forged is not responsible for lost, damaged, or improperly packaged returns.


Processing Times

  • Inspection upon arrival: 3–5 business days

  • Refunds issued within: 7–10 business days after inspection

  • Exchanges shipped within: 3–5 business days after approval, dependent on inventory availability
