ORDERING & PRODUCTION
How long does production take?
Built-to-order wheels typically take 6–8 weeks for machining, finishing, QC, and packaging.
Production time is an estimate and not guaranteed.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
In-stock wheels: Can be canceled before shipping.
Built-to-order wheels: Cannot be canceled once production begins.
Do you offer one-off custom designs?
Yes. We can design a fully custom, one-off wheel specifically for your vehicle.

Do you help with fitment?
Yes — we can assist with bolt pattern, offset, width, brake clearance, and tire sizing.

Do you offer Super Singles, dually wheels, SxS wheels, and steering wheels?
Yes. Any Cutthroat design can be machined into:

What bolt patterns do you offer?
We can custom cut almost any application.
Do you offer sponsorships?
We do NOT offer sponsorship opportunities.
All sponsorships or partnerships are handled internally and are only offered when we reach out to someone who truly represents the Cutthroat brand.
If we see the right fit, we contact them directly.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does shipping take?
In-stock wheels ship in 1–2 business days.
Transit Times:
Midwest: 1–3 days
East/South: 2–4 days
West Coast: 4–6 days
Should I ship to a commercial address?
Yes. Commercial locations receive faster, smoother freight delivery.
If commercial is selected but the address is residential, your order won’t ship until extra fees are paid.
Can you ship to my wheel/tire shop?
Yes. We can ship directly to your installer, dealer, or local freight terminal.
What if my wheels arrive damaged?
If damage is visible:
Refuse delivery
Take photos
Email us immediately with photos, tracking number, your name, and order number

RETURNS & WARRANTY
Can I return my wheels?
In-stock: Yes, if unused/unmounted. Buyer pays return shipping + 20% restocking fee.
Built-to-order: No returns.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes:
Lifetime structural (manufacturing defects)
Does NOT cover: curb rash, road damage, chemicals, rock chips, mounting damage, or improper care.
Are mounted wheels returnable?
No. Once mounted, wheels are considered used and cannot be returned.
