ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR BUILT-TO-ORDER WHEELS

All forged wheels that are custom-built to your specifications are considered built-to-order.
Once production begins, these orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.

This policy protects machining time, scheduling, tooling, and material allocation.


IN-STOCK WHEEL RETURNS

In-stock wheels may be returned ONLY if:

• Wheels are brand new, unused, unmounted, and in original packaging
• Buyer pays all return shipping
• Return shipments are fully insured
• A 20% restocking fee applies
• Any damaged, scratched, or mounted wheels will be denied

Include:

Your full name
Order number
Reason for return

Once approved, ship the wheels back with insurance.
Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.


CANCELLATIONS

IN-STOCK ITEMS
Cancellations must be requested before the item ships.

BUILT-TO-ORDER ITEMS
All built-to-order sales are final.
Production may begin immediately after the order is placed.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges on forged wheel products.

ORDER ERRORS

If you believe you received the incorrect wheel, size, or bolt pattern:

Contact us within 48 hours
Do not mount the wheels
Provide photos of the wheels, packaging, and labels
Include your order number and tracking number

We will review your claim and compare it to your invoice and production records.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

(This section applies to manufacturing defects, not shipping damage.)

If you believe your wheels have a defect:

Take clear photos
Document the issue
Do not mount the wheels

Shipping damage is handled under the "Damaged Shipments" policy.


ORDER PROCESSING POLICY

Orders are processed in the order received.
No order is guaranteed earlier than its estimate.
Production schedules vary based on size, finish, batch load, and seasonal volume.
Holidays and supplier delays may extend timelines.

Tracking numbers are provided when shipments leave our facility.

Production time is an estimate and not guaranteed.

There are no refunds, discounts, or compensation for wheels that exceed estimated timelines.

Quality always takes priority over speed.


WARRANTY COVERAGE

Lifetime Structural Warranty (manufacturing defects only)

Warranty does NOT cover:

Curb rash or road damage
Improper installation
Mounting scratches
Rock chips or normal wear
Neglect or lack of care
