Buying forged wheels can feel complicated.
We make it simple.
Here’s exactly what happens after you place your order:
STEP 1 — SELECT YOUR WHEELS
Choose your design, size, bolt pattern, finish, and options.

STEP 2 — FITMENT CONFIRMATION
Before machining begins, we double-check:
Bolt pattern
Offset
Pad height
Brake clearance
Tire sizing
Lift requirements
We don’t start until everything is 100% confirmed.
STEP 3 — MACHINING (CNC PRODUCTION)
Your wheels enter our manufacturing workflow:
True forged 6061-T6 aluminum
Multi-axis CNC machining
Deep cuts and aggressive profiles
Detail pass and chamfering
Deburring and smoothing
This is where the design becomes reality.
STEP 4 — FINISHING
Depending on your selection:
Polished
Brushed (clear or tinted)
Painted
Powder-coated
Custom multi-stage finishes
Specialty options
Each wheel is hand-inspected during finishing.
STEP 5 — QUALITY CONTROL
Every wheel goes through:
Surface inspection
Runout test
Structural check
Final machining verification
Packaging approval
If it doesn't meet our standards — it doesn't ship.
STEP 6 — PACKAGING & SHIPPING
Once QC is complete:
Wheels are wrapped, protected, boxed
Tracking is emailed
In-stock wheels ship in 1–2 business days
Built-to-order wheels ship after production completes
A commercial address is recommended for fastest delivery.
STEP 7 — DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
We recommend:
Test fitting before mounting
Proper torque specs
Professional mount/balance
Avoiding harsh chemicals or car washes
You now have a set of forged wheels designed to dominate.
