Our warranty is straightforward, fair, and rooted in quality.
STRUCTURAL WARRANTY
Cutthroat Forged wheels carry a full lifetime structural warranty.
This covers:
Structural failure caused by a manufacturing defect
Cracks in the wheel face due to manufacturing error
Structural failure under normal, intended use
If a wheel fails because of something we did wrong — we replace it.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Impact with curbs, potholes, road debris, or accidents
Improper mounting or installation
Incorrect tire sizes or air pressures
Off-road abuse outside normal use
Rock chips, oxidation, or environmental exposure
Normal wear and tear
Customer negligence or misuse
Cosmetic blemishes from road use
In short:
If the wheel was damaged by something outside of manufacturing, it is not covered.
WHEEL CARE REQUIREMENTS
To maintain finish integrity:
Avoid harsh chemicals or acidic sprays
Clean wheels regularly, especially polished finishes
Avoid automatic car washes with aggressive brushes
Dry wheels after washing to prevent water spotting
Proper care protects your investment. Neglect will void cosmetic coverage.

Provide:
Proof of purchase
Photos of the damage
Description of the issue
Your wheel model/size
Our team evaluates the claim.
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will:
Repair the wheel
or
Replace the wheel at no cost
We do not cover:
Labor charges
Shipping to or from our facility
Mounting or balancing fees
