Every order is handled with care, packaged securely, and shipped through trusted carriers with full tracking.
General shipping standards:
Orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment
Tracking information is sent as soon as your order leaves our facility
Delivery times vary based on carrier performance and destination
Customers must provide accurate shipping information
All wheels undergo final QC inspection before shipping
Built-to-order wheels follow estimated timelines; exact dates cannot be guaranteed
Carrier delays (weather, routing, volume) are outside our control
Some shipments may require a signature
Our goal is simple: a smooth, transparent delivery from our facility to your door.
IN-STOCK WHEELS
When a wheel is listed as IN STOCK, it ships fast.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Typical Transit Times:
Midwest: 1–3 days
East Coast: 2–4 days
South: 2–4 days
West Coast: 4–6 days
Tracking is emailed immediately after shipment.
BUILT-TO-ORDER WHEELS
Cutthroat Forged wheels produced on demand require time to ensure perfect machining, precision, and finish quality.
Production Time: 6–8 weeks
Includes:
CNC machining
Deburring
Polishing or finish work
Full inspection
Packaging & prep
We do not rush the process — accuracy and quality always come first.
COMMERCIAL SHIPPING RECOMMENDED
For the fastest delivery, we strongly recommend shipping to a commercial address.

Reduced risk of failed deliveries
If you want the fastest shipping time, a commercial address is best.
RESIDENTIAL SHIPPING
Residential delivery is available but may increase transit time depending on the carrier.
Liftgate service is required and adds a fee.
If you do not have a commercial address available, we can ship to:
A freight terminal (pickup)
Your preferred wheel & tire dealer
Any shop or business you trust
These options are typically faster and more reliable than home delivery.

All three greatly reduce delays.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Accurate Address Required
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay your shipment or cause carrier fees.
Inspection on Delivery
Inspect boxes and wheels before signing.
If damage is present, note it with the driver and take photos immediately.
Re-Delivery Fees
If no one is available during delivery (especially for residential freight), the carrier may bill a redelivery fee.
Freight Handling
Forged wheels are heavy and may arrive in oversized boxes or on pallets.
Ensure your receiving location can accept freight.
ADDRESS VERIFICATION & EXTRA FEES
If a commercial address is selected at checkout but the carrier identifies it as residential, your wheels will not ship until required residential/liftgate fees are paid.
Carriers bill based on actual delivery type, not what is selected during checkout.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives with visible damage:
Refuse delivery
Take clear photos of damage and packaging
