Wheel SKU(s)
Size and bolt pattern
Proof of purchase
Photos of all 4 wheels (front + back recommended)
Optional: Photos of wheels installed

Registration does not override warranty exclusions.
The following are not covered under any circumstance:

Curb rash
Impact damage
Chemical or acid damage
Car wash damage
Improper mounting or balancing
Surface corrosion caused by neglect
Powder coating done by 3rd parties
Wheels used outside intended application
Unregistered wheels

Registration = coverage
Neglect = no coverage
